Description
GravityView Multiple Forms
With GravityView Multiple Forms, use joins to combine data from multiple forms into one longer input. Connect multiple forms that share field values.
With GravityView Multiple Forms, combine multiple forms to create powerful reports and visualizations of your Gravity Forms data.
Connect multiple Gravity Forms that share field values.
If you have two forms that share values (for example, both forms can contain a person’s email address, phone number, name, status, etc.), you can combine them and display the data from both forms in one View only.
GravityView Multiple Forms supports two ways to display connected values in GravityView:
- Show all entries from Form A, regardless of whether the Form B field has content.
- Show only the entries in Form A that have values in Form B.
GravityView Multiple Forms plugin features coming soon
This is a phased implementation of the GravityView Multiple Forms functionality. We are working quickly to add this functionality.
This functionality will come in future updates:
- Show one row for each input on each form, instead of combining the forms into a single row. Developers: The plugin will support unions as well as current unions.
- Search for specific fields in connected forms (currently only “Search All Fields” and main form fields are searchable)
- Add support for advanced filtering extension on fields
combined Connect forms based on the values of the connected forms (not just the values of the main form)
Known issues
